Are you a member of a patient organisation or are planning to become one? Do you already manage a patient organisation or plan to establish a new one? Then you’re in the right place.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
In the barrier-free and multipurpose hub space, members of patient organizations registered in the Patient Hub can:
- attend educational events,
- work in a shared space (co-working)
- use 3 equipped meeting rooms for business meetings,
- use the kitchenette and its equipment,
- browse articles, presentations and recordings from educational events, which are sorted by topic on the web portal storage site.
HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
In order to make full use of the hub activities and space, you must first register. Registration will offer you a wider range of educational events, booking the meeting room, checking the availability of co-working, getting information from selected patient organisations, getting access to interesting presentations, videos, educational materials and other options.
Registration is carried out by completing a simple form. Some functions will only be available after verifying your membership in a patient organisation, which should be done within 48 hours. You will then be able to access your personal page via the Members’ Zone button in the upper right-hand corner of the home page. Didn’t find your patient organisation in the list on the registration form? If you are authorised to register the patient organisation and manage it in the hub portal, then you can register by completing the information about your organisation. Before sending the registration, please become familiar with the Hub Rules.
If you are not a member of any patient organisation on the list, but are interested in membership, please contact a patient organisation directly. A list of patient organisations is available here.
Would you like to establish a new patient organisation and need advice on how to do so? We will advise you. Contact us via the form.
WHAT DOES THE HUB LET REGISTERED PATIENT ORGANISATIONS DO?
- Organize their own preventive and informational events for the public,
- organize educational or social events,
- work in a shared space (co-working),
- use 3 equipped meeting rooms for business meetings,
- hold members’ or other meetings,
- use consultancy services conducted at the hub,
- use individual patient organization cards (tabs) as their temporary website,
- communicate with other organisations at the hub in person or online in closed groups, share experiences and learn from each other,
- verify the membership of new applicants in the patient organisation,
- add their own articles, images, photos, attachments and events to the calendar on the patient organisation’s page within the hub portal, via a simple tool.
Patient organisations register to the list via the registration form. After registering the patient organisations, a member of its management has a special right to verify members of the patient organisation, create events and other rights.
The hub space and participation at educational events are available to patients and patient organisations during the period of project management by the Ministry of Health until the end of 2023 free of charge. Services in subsequent years should be provided for payment, though for non-commercial prices. The organisations will prepare for this fact and the need to include this item into their budgets with help from the hub team.
